MuralBids may collect account and contact information, authentication data, membership and subscription status, Stripe-related customer and subscription identifiers, saved opportunity or activity information, and basic technical or service information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide membership access, manage subscriptions, maintain saved features, respond to requests, and protect the service from misuse.

Stripe processes subscription payments. MuralBids does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Payment-card information is processed by Stripe. MuralBids may retain Stripe customer, subscription, transaction, or related identifiers necessary to operate membership billing.

MuralBids may share information with service providers when necessary to operate the service, including payment processing and authentication. MuralBids does not describe or promise data sales, advertising networks, or tracking practices that are not part of the current service.

We use reasonable measures to protect service information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet operational needs, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations.
