Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time through Manage Subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation prevents the next recurring charge; it does not ordinarily end already-paid membership immediately. Access ordinarily continues through the end of the current paid billing period and cancellation becomes effective for billing purposes at the next renewal cycle.

MuralBids provides immediate access to proprietary digital membership content and services, including mural and public-art opportunity research, listings, source information, deadlines, eligibility information, application links, project details, search and filter tools, saved opportunity functionality, and related membership information.

Because membership access is provided immediately after successful activation, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. Cancellation does not normally entitle a member to a full, partial, or prorated refund for any unused portion of the current billing period.

MuralBids may review duplicate charges, verified billing errors, significant technical failures that prevented access to the purchased service, voluntarily approved refunds, and refunds required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
