Subscription & Billing Terms

MuralBids memberships are recurring subscriptions. The applicable monthly or annual price is shown before checkout, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Stripe processes subscription payments. Renewal occurs according to the member’s selected billing cycle.

Members may cancel at any time through Manage Subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily end the current paid membership immediately. Access generally continues through the current paid-through date. Failed, unpaid, expired, or otherwise non-entitled subscription states may result in loss of premium access.

A former member may resubscribe later. Where supported by the platform, saved account information or saved opportunities may remain associated with the user account after paid access ends, while premium content may become inaccessible.

MuralBids may update these terms and related policies from time to time. Material changes will be posted or otherwise communicated as appropriate.
