MuralBids provides research, aggregation, organization, and discovery tools related to mural, public-art, artist-call, RFQ, RFP, commission, and related opportunities.

MuralBids does not guarantee project awards, interviews, earnings, contracts, commissions, employment, or any advantage with a project issuer beyond access to MuralBids research and tools.

MuralBids makes reasonable efforts to provide useful information, but opportunity details, deadlines, budgets, eligibility requirements, issuer decisions, external websites, and application links may change or contain errors. Verify important details directly with the official project issuer or canonical solicitation before applying.

MuralBids is generally an independent research and aggregation service. It is not automatically affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting for every issuer referenced on the service. External sites are governed by their own availability, privacy, security, and content practices.

Members are responsible for verifying eligibility, meeting deadlines, following application instructions, submitting accurate materials, complying with project requirements, and deciding whether an opportunity is appropriate for them.

MuralBids retains rights in its branding, site design, database organization, proprietary research, written summaries, scoring and classification methods, software, and original content. MuralBids does not claim ownership of third-party solicitation documents, municipal materials, artist work, or project-owner materials merely because they are referenced.

Do not scrape premium member data, commercially redistribute proprietary membership data, share accounts to avoid subscription fees, circumvent access controls, interfere maliciously with the service, commit fraud, or use the service unlawfully. MuralBids may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations, fraud, abuse, payment fraud, unlawful conduct, or attempts to compromise the service, subject to applicable law.

MuralBids is an informational digital service and does not provide legal, accounting, financial, employment, procurement, or tax advice. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If MuralBids makes automated or AI-assisted tools available in the future, their outputs are tools for the member. Members remain responsible for reviewing submissions, confirming accuracy, following solicitation rules concerning AI-assisted content, and making final decisions. MuralBids does not guarantee proposal acceptance or project awards.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to MuralBids or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
